✦General Terms✦•You can ask me for a commission without compromise.
•English is not my native language, so be pacient with me if I don't understand something.
•I will not take any commission that violates my terms and conditions, so please do not insist.✦Payment✦•Full Payment upfront, no exceptions.
•Payment Will be via: Paypal invoice. Provide e-mail for invoice.
•No commission will be acepted, started, or completed without paying beforehand.
Keep in mind, PayPal charges me 0,30 USD and the 5,4% of the money that you send (tips and small additional payments must be sent at the same time you pay the commission).• Because my commissions are a digital service, there is no shipping, so a completed order is recognised as delivered and the customer is satisfied.✦Working / process✦• I will send wips of the entire process.
•I will accept changes only in the sketch. Once the lineart begins I will not accept changes to the drawing.

•The drawings can take me between 1 day to 3/4 weeks depending on their complexity.Customer Satisfaction
• I will try to do everything I can to make my customers happy.
• However, before the finished artwork file is sent, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
• If the customer requests different versions of the order (such as colour changes on backgrounds, outfits or variations), depending on the complexity, they can be delivered free of charge.It is recommended to request this before any important step in the order.
• Be reasonable about your sketch edit requests, I will only be able to edit the piece 3 times before you are either charged or denied any additional edits. Make sure to take a good look when you get the work in progress and take your time to approve it!
• Large corrections after the sketch phase cost a minimum of $5 and can reach up to an indefinite amount depending on the type of commission and complexity of the correction so please be very clear on what you want done.
• If I consider that the order is taking too long to be completed, the customer will receive an bonus gift as compensation.✦Refund Policy✦• Once I've received the payment, the customer cannot request a refund under any circumstances, so it is the responsibility of the client to pay a commission.
• A commission will be fully refunded as long as:- I, the artist, decide to cancel the commission for a good reason.• A commission in process cannot be canceled, therefore it cannot be refunded.
• Finished works are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks filed after the commission´s completion will be invalid.✦Disclaimer✦If you haven’t read these terms and conditions before asking me a commission, it doesn’t mean that you have the right to invent others, to complain or to ruin my reputation as artist publicly for my way of working; the terms and conditions exist and are accessible.
When you request a commission, you accept all said in these terms automatically, no matter if you've read them or you haven't.
